It needs to lead readers to act, make information easy to digest, and provide an effortless flow from top to bottom. With those ingredients in place, your email transforms from something that’s simply nice to look at into a powerful tool that gets results.

EMAIL #1

The Good

This email gets off to a great start. The header is clean and bold, using different text sizes to draw the reader in without overwhelming them. The brief paragraph, followed by a clear and early CTA, gives readers an easy way to engage right away. Plus, the “why choose us” section paired with customer reviews? It’s a great way to give reasons and social proof all in one go.

The Not So Good

The image at the top definitely draws your attention, but with that size, it could really distract the reader before they can get through the rest of the email. I’d make it smaller. Also, the last few sections feel disconnected from the rest of the email. Keeping the design consistent would help it’s eyeflow and keep the reader engaged.

 

EMAIL #2

The Good

This email is fun! The playful use of search icons grabs attention and makes it stand out. Plus, the most important CTA is perfectly placed, right where it needs to be, catching the reader’s eye at the right moment.

The Not So Good

The text feels a bit too large, which makes the balance between the visuals and text feel a little off. Bringing the font size down a notch could help everything feel more in sync. Also, having a CTA higher up in the email would give readers an earlier chance to jump in and engage.

 

EMAIL #3

The Good

Using different colors to highlight keywords helps guide the reader to the most important parts of the email. Making sure your email is easy to follow keeps the reader engaged even when there’s a lot of information to get through.

The Not So Good

There’s a slight spacing issue in one section that interrupts the flow. Fixing that would help the email feel more polished and easier to read, allowing the content to shine without distraction.

 

EMAIL #4

The Good

This email does a fantastic job of showing off the product. The main image clearly demonstrates how to use the TheraFace wand, while the award-winning seal instantly adds credibility. The flow is spot-on, guiding the reader from product availability to clinical proof and finally to results—exactly what a reader wants before making a decision.

The Not So Good

While the email is already strong, adding a CTA in each section would take it to the next level. Whether it’s “Learn More” or “See Results,” this would let readers interact with the content as their interest builds, without having to scroll too far.

 

EMAIL #5

The Good

This email is all about urgency—and it does it perfectly. The countdown timer is bold and upfront, creating the perfect push for readers to act before time runs out. The layout is clean and sharp, making it super easy to follow and take action from start to finish. It’s a great example of how to execute a promo email that gets results.

The Not So Good

One change that would make this email easier to read is really simple: add product icons! Highlighting key features in a bite-sized way could be the difference between click-throughs and click-offs.
